  1. General Agreement

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and safe experience for all clients.

  1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation
  • All appointments must be booked through our official website.

No deposit required when booking appointment.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time or may occur a cancellation fee.
  1. Late Arrivals
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients.
  1. Payment Terms
  • The full balance of your treatment must be paid at the time of service.
  • We accept payment via Cash, Card or Bank Transfer
  1. Consultation & Medical Information
  • Prior to any treatment, you are required to complete a consultation form detailing your medical history and any relevant health information.
  • It is your responsibility to inform the aesthetician of any medical conditions or medications that may affect your treatment.
